Description
A blend of Aragonez, Trincadeira, Tinta Grossa and Alicante Bouschet, with a strong Vidigueira identity, fermented in stainless steel vats and later aged in new and used French oak barrels.
A wine with complex and elegant aromas of ripe fruits in jam, meat carpaccio, spice and tobacco leaf. Balanced and fresh with a good structure and silky and envolvent tannins.
Temperature – 16ºC
Gastronomy – oven meat dishes, stews, spicy sausages and chorizo.
