Bucelas is undoubtedly another terroir of choice with deep valleys, soils of strong limestone and white grape varieties with a fine profile. It is with this framework that this DOC Bucelas is designed, which after fermentation ages for many months on a fine yeast sludge. After bottling maturats over a long period which induces a set of characteristics that show excellence and differentiation. Wines of an unparalleled character.
Intense, deep and long mineral aroma. In the mouth with an enormous freshness, notes of balanced “dryness”, balance and a long and elegant finish.
